• tax statements mailed to taxpayers and Mortgage Companies

October 1st

• First half taxes due

November 1st

• First half taxes delinquent after 5:00 p.m.

December 31st

• Delinquent tax notices are sent to taxpayers for prior years taxes
• Final day to pay current full year taxes without interest

February

• Advertising prior year delinquent taxes
• Tax Lien Sale

March 1st

• Second half taxes due

May 1st

• Second half taxes delinquent after 5:00 p.m.

June 1st

• Certificate of Purchase holder may pay the subsequent taxes
• Delinquent tax notices mailed to taxpayers
