Statement of Locations Where All Notices of the Meetings of the Greenlee County
Board of Supervisors will be Posted
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors hereby states
that all notices of the meetings of the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors and
any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted at the Greenlee County Courthouse
Annex Bulletin Board, 253 5th Street, Clifton, Arizona, located outside the second
floor entrance. Such notices indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and
will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public
may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
In order to provide information as conveniently as possible, the Greenlee County
Board of Supervisors will make the effort to also post the agendas of meetings the
following places: Greenlee County Courthouse Annex located at 1684 Fairgrounds Road,
Duncan, Arizona; and the Greenlee County website,
www.co.greenlee.az.us.
The Greenlee County Board of Supervisors will have a Call to the Public on the agenda
for each regular meeting at which time members of the public may address the Board
with a limit of five (5) minutes per person for speaking. No discussion or decisions
of the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors will take place regarding issues raised
during the Call to the Public.
Request for Public Input forms must be completed and submitted to the Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors prior to the commencement of the meeting for any person(s)
wishing to address an agenda item other than the Call To The Public. A five (5)
minute per person time limit will be imposed.
